Unfortunately (that I know of/have read), Flash can't save files out on its own. Some types of conversion scripts have been written to transform bitmap data into JPEG format using server-side scripts. So, I guess it might (emphasis on might) be possible using a script external to Newgrounds to which the Flash pointed its bitmap data. The image would be created on the server hosting the transformation script, and could then, subsequently, be downloaded by the user. Hmmm... maybe I'll look more into it for a version 2.
